Move from an inverted V into a chest-opening upward dog on the mat.
Use Paige’s photos as the visual guide. Most movements need only a comfortable surface and, where appropriate, a wall or sturdy bench.
Tap any image to make it the large view. Paige’s full pose is kept visible whenever the source photograph allows it.
Plant hands near the front of the mat and feet near the back; lift hips up and back.
Lengthen the spine in downward dog, with knees softly bent if needed.
Shift forward, lower the hips and roll onto the tops of the feet.
Lift the chest with hands pressing down and shoulders away from the ears, then return with control.
